If this happens, a declared border emergency, (and it will), it will be challenged in court but it will stand. The funds may be there, but they have to be appropriated by Congress, (not happening).
Its already been approved by prior administrations. No one even talks about it. The funds are there.
I have to respectfully disagree with you regarding POTUS' move with the wall. It will protect us. Look, the Deep State are systematically being taken apart. This president is truly remarkable! The 2nd amendment will be an issue for the new Supreme Court Justices.
I did not say it would not protect us, however, the issue is much bigger that it is being portrayed.
