I don't think it's a "they are not smart enough to fix things for the benefit of the people".
I think it's a "they don't give a crap about the people."
What they're doing is of benefit to only them, deliberately, not because of stupidity.
a.k.a. Agenda 21, 31. Georgia Guidstones, and others. They see the rest of us as useless eaters.
It is always good to read such articles, little bit of lengthy but those who have interest in this should really spent sometime to go through this.

There are cycles within cycles. The times now are the end of a very big cycle. Like small waves until the really big wave comes. This is a big wave. Create, maintain, destroy and then all over again.
