Central Banks: the Enemies of Freedom and Free Markets.

in #money7 years ago

In this report I cover the nature of our present central banking system and how it is nothing more than a monopoly or cartel just like OPEC.

I also recommend some books that I think are required reading if one wants to understand the nature of our monetary system.

The books: What Has Government Done to Our Money by Murray Rothbard
Gold Wars by Ferdinand Lips
Fiat Money Inflation in France by Andrew Dickson White

Thanks for the post. I will have to watch the video later. I always enjoy your work. Thanks for your passion. Cheers.

Thanks and you are welcome.

I think maybe the fed is running scared of the cryptos.. They "need" to control everything

Not sure if you saw the interview on wall street for main street.. Quite and interesting take on gold and the future gold price

Good morning;
Thank you for suggesting Good reading.
#FedChallenge is resonating!

Decentralization is the future!

Thanks @maneco64, I've just ordered the France inflation book for £3 in the UK:

Do you think that because Germany and France have some historical experience with hyperinflation, that there might still be some kind of cultural memory that protects them more than the US/UK are protected? I'm wondering whether the Euro might actually become a relatively stronger currency (at least for a while) partly because of this.

@andybets You are right. The Germans and French have had several currencies in the last 100 years unlike the US and UK.

Central Banks have more influence over markets than perhaps is wise. Yes, freedom is messy. Yes, (more) freedom is what is needed as a way forward.

This is a great video. A quick education on fiat money. Oh that all high school students could learn these lessons before they start out on their own.

Is this true maneco I heard it from eustace Mullins to on one interview

@cryptoss Yes I think there is a group of people who influence the direction of world events and the way things are run. I think they do it through education, media and politics and they stay far away in the background.

As usual - very informative.

Without central banks we would no be in the mess we are right now. We would have had more financial crisis in the past but the world as a whole would not be drowning in dept now. So central banks are guilty to bring the world to this abyss.
