Spend enough time on her. If possible, spend enough money on her.

The phone is always set to silent, all push notifications are turned off.

When I focus on things, I shouldn’t accept any interruptions. When I stop and rest, I can handle those unread messages and missed calls.

But how do I make my wife understand this seemingly simple and clear reason? Really can’t say it just once. To speak many times, it is necessary to use many facts to prove that the examples that can be encountered by each side can be displayed to her... What do I do to have any better for myself? Further, what are the main benefits for us? Why do people get angry when they can’t find me on the phone? What ridiculous is that anger from my perspective? And why is it so ridiculous? In what case is instant messaging necessary? In what case is asynchronous communication more effective? Since the two things are all communication tools, should they be combined to be more effective? So , what kind of strategy combination should be used? It’s not an exaggeration to say that the content of the matter between me and her can be sold out as a book.

There are many such examples, but nothing less than one essence:

I spend a lot of time with her to communicate effectively, so that I will not be interfered with meaninglessly, allowing my attention to have more sustained opportunities and more output.

This is my method, spending time in exchange for attention.

By the way, the fundamental reason many families are unhappy is that there is too little time to invest in each other: that is real reason.
