The Truth About China's ICO Ban - What This Means For YOU
In this video, I speak with author and economic analyst John Sneisen to talk about the recent news of the Chinese ICO ban and what this really means for people invested in cryptocurrencies.
While it's the job of the state to suppress freedom and independence as much as humanly possible, the free market always has an answer to their madness.
People once again wrongly assumed that the ICO ban which brought cryptocurrencies down temporarily would be the "end" of cryptocurrencies which is frankly laughable if one understands how cryptocurrencies work in the first place. Not only has this brought more money to the Bitcoin market, but in the long term it won't affect altcoins much either.
We've all seen how over the top the ICOs have been and how risky many have been, but that is not the job of the state to dictate people's personal decisions. But let's not forget, China banned Google and Facebook too. How did that work out for them?
Aside all of this, there are massive Chinese startups happening in the cryptocurrency world and the growth of the community isn't stopping any time soon so people's concerns will be put at ease as time goes on.

We are still in the infancy of this market with incredible potential.
At the 7 year daily average rate of growth, Bitcoin is set to hit $250k by 2020 and that's just a starting point. The future is bright in the centralized world as the central banks come crashing to the ground.

Whatever communist governments try to ban ends up florishing. Look for the Cuban "El paquete" phenomenon online or for the documentary on Netflix "Chuck Norris vs Communism" to see how effective these bans are. The documentary is highly recommended to understand what's happening and will happen later.
In summary: You can't enforce bans in a place where corruption is a means of survival.
man I just hope the chinese don't accept this because if the china government is able to ban something that is crypto, that is decentralised that is for the good of the freedom of currency and adding value to whatever and a government just comes in and says no... and nobody refuses.. then it's a sign they are able to shut down bitcoin too just by that.. and it may be an example to the US criminal government (CIA) or the pussy's and PC Brussels here in europe it's easy to stop... so please read my blog about this topic which amazingly isn't been as supported as I was thinking it would be, in where I totally write down how I feel about this...(if you don't i totally understand too if you think I want to promote myself ;) ) but seriously man it's agan suits and ties that decide for the mass... pfffff... but further off topic one question to you and then I will end and you got my vote but: why would anybody send you a donation especially eos man, steemit pays too, I think asking for donations, in my personal opinion, is super lame man come on you can do better man :P it's 2017
This should have been expected, yes, I hope we all make it through. There's such a strong community. So many other things have become illegal, but these communities give it value.
EOS looks promising and I believe it will make it through this heap. It's a good time to get some between now up to release in June if anyone believes in the mission and tech of the project
