I had a real big problem, like yours. First, even though I had an account, AdSense asked me to make a new one and I did. That locked everything up and without any help whatsoever, I managed to fix it. Next, I live way out in the middle of nowhere, just like I do now where everyone is required to have a post office box, even the people who live in towns for a hundred miles or more. I did not know it. Got my ads going. Started to make some money and found out they needed to verify my address but would not accept a post office box.
