Because google controls and censors the whole flow of traffic on the net. Duckduckgo gives very different results

Some of those sites - like infowars at number three - are only on that list to give them cred - Alex Jones has got the same rotchild hand up his arse as gooble...
it is a trick to get you to click on his link. ( when you do, you will see google adsense all over his page. )
See the bitbond ad. and on the top right corner of the ad is the symbol for adsense. so technically google is paying him everytime someone visits his site.
