Nomura (Asian Investment Bank) brings us their predictions for gray swan events of 2018. While black swans are considered unforeseen, sudden and heavy-impact events, gray swans are rather events that could happen/be easily predicted but unlikely to play out.

Rich cigars, a publicly traded cigar company, is leaving the cigar business for cryptos. The company is known for being promoted by DJ Khaled. It went public as a penny stock earlier this year. What happened right after the announcment? Well, it's cryptos - 800% gain is expected :)

Unfortunately even in cryptos you got to have something besides a flashy name and bling. Taking a look at the chart today shows a retrace of almost all rally.

What about charts?

Litecoin - look at that sexy breakout. Added modest target and hard target on the chart.

DAX - this is the end of the line for me, i was hunting this area for a while and yesterday went with it on the futures breakout. Sidelines now, whatever happens. Maybe we get even more as a year-end rally for those who lkike to squeeze every last drop out of a move.
