Value Money or Value People?

Money is a very important thing but is it worth more than people/friends/family? Ideally No! But when it comes to real world the answer becomes Yes! I can guarantee that more than 85% of the people would value money over people. They would let a person go to hell even for a chunk of money. Psychology of people have greatly changed over this few decades. We think that money can give us what we want but we tend to forget the fact that it will be very short term and the happiness is temporary. That is one of the biggest reason that our desires keep getting higher because we take the temporary happiness just as an happiness injection. There are things that we need to think before getting to the answer.  

It is very common for a person to respect a person having a loads of money but we let a person go to hell if he/she doesn’t have money or doesn’t include any financial benefits of ours.  

Who made the money? 

If we look at the history(before money come into play) then we will know that at that time people would exchange things (food, furniture, services, arts and more) to live. Those things had some values (higher or lower depending on the exchange). Money was invented in a way to exchange values with things thus creating a central entity for the exchange. So money is just a way to exchange values not people. We need to think thoroughly that we made money and its value cannot be more than a person. A life worth infinite times value than some big numbers.  

Connection? 

Each and everyone of us need someone to exchange its thoughts and feel connected with a person or a group. This definitely cannot happen without genuine people but can happen without money. We are here to help each other not hang up on others just for a few numbers. You must have seen a rich person having a lot of connections but does all connections are as meaningful as any other. I can guarantee only a few connection would be meaningful and true.

  

I am with you but not financially? 

It is a very true statement but nobody accepts the fact. Most of the people generally say “I am with you no matter what” but when it comes to helping then they are long gone. There is no meaning in helping if we we are just faking them to be our friend or any other relation. If you can’t help them in some way then just say it, don’t brag about it.  

 “Be genuine, be helpful and love others.”
