All post payouts are the result of votes. All people are free to choose how they vote. They are also free to express opinions on how they believe is the right way to vote. My main point in this conversation is to point out that he is not a condemned victim, but a willing belligerent. His own actions escalate and perpetuate the situation more.
I can only guess, but, in view of the fact that Steemit is multinational, many different cultures, one can not guess the consequences of those or other actions.
