A series designed to help all the new people flooding into & entering Crypto/Investments daily who get thrown into the rabbit hole so to speak and everything is new to them.
It is a TLDR / Short Form Series, covering ONLY one thing each episode in blue collar, easy to understand language to give a SHORT OVERVIEW of the term or lesson of the day.
It is specifically designed this way to keep it short and simple.
People can then search out extra info if they wish.
I've never seen a regular series or resource running on Steemit to continually address this basic need so I decided to do it.

What is TV - Terminal Value?

Terminal value (TV) represents all future cash flows in an asset valuation model.
This allows models to reflect returns that will occur so far in the future that they are nearly impossible to forecast.
The Gordon growth model, discounted cash flow and residual earnings all use terminal values that can be calculated with perpetuity growth, while an alternative exit valuation approach employs relative valuation methods.

Discounted cash flow (DCF) is a popular method used in feasibility studies, corporate acquisitions and stock market valuation.
This method is based on the theory that an asset's value is equal to all future cash flows derived from that asset. These cash flows must be discounted to the present value at a discount rate representing the cost of capital, such as the interest rate.

This has really upset some people but I do not force my opinions on others, or need to communicate every detail of my life or issues, most people do not care anyways. I cannot follow everything out there approaching 1400 coins now but from what I know, that is a good project.
I am not in that market but I have thought about it.
From what I know, it has a good team and good ideas and I know for a fact without naming them, some top dev's are actually invested in that coin and knowing who they are months ago -- was nearly enough for me to get in based on that.
We badly need good decentralized exchanges to gain traction and that only comes with people using them and it is a 2 edged sword / chicken or egg scenario.
