Now back to part 2!

Well that arrived quickly :) wo0ho0 i have my card!
Amazing to think that 5 days ago i was writing the tutorial and now i have it here in my hands. This is a very fast turnaround and I'm super pumped to try it out and see some physical cash in my hand.

Ok so now to activate and load the card so we can pop out and start using it. So load the app, log in and navigate to your physical cards tab. I chose GBP so obviously i chose that tab and clicked activate.

So enter your last 4 digits from the front of the card, then select the expiry date and click activate.

Now for the funny part... It actually gave me a server error here... nooo lol but i think this was due to 4G problems as as soon as i closed the app i received an email telling me that the card was successfully activated! Phew :)

So now we need to add some funds to the card. i covered how to do this in the previous guide but as a quick recap click the + button and choose the card icon. For a more detailed guide check Part 1 here.

You then need to choose the card you wish to load funds on to, so i chose my physical one of course.

you can choose to load the amount as BTC or GBP (or other currency) but i think its easier to choose GBP as that is what i am converting to.

Simple precheck before submitting request.

Bingo :)

You will return and see a 0 balance BUT!! don't worry as its BTC it will take a few seconds to confirm the transaction. Click the transaction details to show status.

I cant believe how fast this system is to confirm! It credited my account in no more than 30 seconds! After 1 BTC confirm! wow!

Ok now for the exciting bit! GETTING THE CASH!!! :)

I walk... ok ok i did a slightly happy fast walk over to the nearest cash point.

Quick check to see if the funds are loaded and ready, yup they are ready and waiting for me. (Remember i had loaded the card minutes earlier and it credited me on 1 conf).

BAM! Cash! The final step :)

So now to all the people who say that steemit is a scam and how can you get money for your time... Here is the proof, no 'magical internet money' just cash in your hand :)
