Valuable Question. First of all i think everyone had a budget before purchasing any product or anything. Because you have to see your earning if you don't have the actual budget to buy any product you can't buy that. So you have to spend money that can depend on your earning. Otherwise you cant go well in your life. As soon as you will be poor. So this is the most valuable think we all should take care. I am also making my budget to before buy anything.
