Thank you so much @photo-trail - I use a Canon 5D Mark II, and the exposure data really varies from frame to frame depending on the lighting - this entire series is photographed with natural lighting :) So I was just adjusting the exposure based on how strong the sun was, mainly using wide apertures to keep the depth of field quite shallow. Hope that helps :)
