分析睡眠報告的應用程式/Sleeping cycle app /
After series of idol events and eating research, I took a break today! I let myself sleep without setting alarm. Today I woke up at 11:45, but prolonged sleeping until 13:30. Hehe...The sleeping app shows that the sleeping quality was very good! The sleeping cycles shows I was fully sleep in depth in different stage. Simply put the mobile on the bed and detect your body movement to analyze. I used this app everyday to check my sleeping quality.
大半月一連串偶像活動和爆食，這天決定「放假」休息。自由的睡到自然醒，十一點九醒了然後再睡到一點多！很爽！看看睡眠 app，這次睡眠質素很好，深層睡眠和巡環也很高質。這個 app 我每晚都用，只要放在床上，她就會感應你身體動作而分析睡眠報告，簡單易明。

Yes it feels good when you don't need to get up at certain time!! I went back to sleep today but felt like seeing long dreem so I guess I didn't sleep well that time. Nice app!!
One of the pros I use it that is the app cn wake you up by detecting your body movement. Instead of wake you up by alarm at certain time. If you were in deep sleeping cycle, it would be torture to wake up. Haha...
之前也有用過這個，挺不錯，不過現在手機常常忘記帶入房間～ =]
