The MKUltra Program is an undeniable fact and a blight on American history.

It is the operation that the CIA undertook to develop knowledge and skills of mind control for (they say) the sake of interrogation using psychological, sexual, and physical torture with a combination of (at the time) experimental and hallucinogenic drugs like LSD.

Over the decades since the origination of the program, there have been several self-proclaimed victims and whistleblowers who have gone public about MKUltra and the abuse they experienced and/or witnessed.

One such person is Cathy O'Brien.

It is not my intent to persuade you of the truth of her statements -- most of the documents of the program were destroyed before the 1977 trial by the U.S. Senate, Select Committee on Intelligence, and Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research of the Committee on Human Resource, so most of the evidence claimed by these victims is testimony -- rather I am simply trying to give a human face to this evil program that was run under the noses of the American public without their consent or permission for decades.

In Trance Formation of America, O'Brien claims that as a child, she was first sexually abused by her father as well as by a network of child pornographers. Supposedly, she was then forced by the CIA to participate in Project Monarch, which she claims is a subsection of Project MKULTRA and Project ARTICHOKE. According to O'Brien, under hypnosis she was able to recall memories of sexual abuse — of both herself and her daughter — by international pedophile rings, drug barons, and satanists, who allegedly used a form of "trauma based mind control programming" to make her a sex slave.

Project ARTICHOKE is a military intelligence equivalent to MKUltra:

ARTICHOKE was a mind control program that gathered information together with the intelligence divisions of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and FBI. In addition, the scope of the project was outlined in a memo dated January 1952 that stated, "Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-preservation?"

I would like to validate here that global pedophile rings are very real and are a very serious problem. Since Trump's election, these rings have begun to be put under pressure, broken up, and there have been thousands of arrests:

This list could go on and on.

I'm not interested in playing political favorites -- I try to be objective in my assessments for you guys -- but Donald Trump is more active in bringing down these rings than any other president in recent history. Obama didn't care, the Bush's didn't care, Clinton didn't care.

Trump cares, and there's been real action to prove that he's serious:

Points of note in the video:

• Secret drug smuggling and distribution program under Clinton during his time as Governor of Arkansas.

A number of allegations have been written about and several local, state, and federal investigations have taken place related to the alleged use of the Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport as a CIA drop point in large scale cocaine trafficking beginning in the early 1980s.

• Bill Clinton is a cocaine user.

“There were some drug issues,” Byrne says. “Some people would come in to work in the morning, and they were barely walking, they would drop stuff off at the office, and go to the restroom where they would come out minutes later happy as a clown.”

• Personal sexual experience with both Bill and Hillary Clinton, both of whom she says are bi-sexual leaning to homosexual.
• Her daughter was born into the MKUltra program at a "much higher level" than Cathy that involved harmonic mind control.

Even though we can only speculate on the full potential, it should eventually be possible to master brain-to-brain communications, record visual inputs, control sleep patterns, instantly reset our emotional disposition, adjust our own chemical-brain balance and intellectually do brain-searches of the Internet.

• Program being handled by Senator Byrd, long-time friend of the Clintons.

Robert C. Byrd was a recruiter for the Klan while in his 20s and 30s, rising to the title of Kleagle and Exalted Cyclops of his local chapter. After leaving the group, Byrd spoke in favor of the Klan during his early political career. Though he claimed to have left the organization in 1943, Byrd wrote a letter in 1946 to the group's Imperial Wizard stating "The Klan is needed today as never before, and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia."

• A secondary handler, country music producer Alex Houston, who is also a CIA asset in the smuggling progrm.
  
• Houston takes O'Brien to various centers of mind control programing across the country for the sake of specific operations, which involve several world leaders.
• Witnessed George Bush and Bill Clinton friendship, claims they coordinated how to introduce the New World Order by toggling party disenfranchisement.
