Important UPDATE on MSP Registration and Upvote bot

Please read this carefully as we have made some changes to the registration process.

As many of you might know, Steemit has been having several issues due to a need to update their nodes. This caused the PAL-MSP registration and upvote bots to become very slow to the point that they were non-functional. Both the registration and upvote channels have been closed during this period.

With the current influx of over 500 new members to the server every week, there has been an incredible strain put on our bots to keep up with the demand for registration and upvotes.

At this time, our membership continues to skyrocket without our delegation going up, which has caused our voting power to decrease more quickly than we would like. In the near future we may need to make delegation changes to the upvote system in order to ensure the viability and sustainability of a strong upvote for everyone.

Please consider making a small delegation to MinnowSupport if you can afford to. Even a small 1-10 SP delegation may make a difference!

We will be testing our new and improved registration system in the next few days, so please continue to be patient while we straighten out any potential glitches. If the new system experiences delays, we may need to close the room again, so we ask your patience while we sort things out.

When registration opens, you will notice that the yellow warning triangles have disappeared from the registration and upvote channels and the chat will be moving. If you still see the room is closed, please do not pester the mods about when and how long.

We are working on this as quickly as we can!

The new process has been streemlined. PAL will now only require registration to minnowsupport, and verification should be automatic!

AFTER registration re-opens, please read the new Registration Tutorial provided in #start-here. Make sure you are reading the latest tutorial from January 2018!!

If you still need help after reading the new Tutorial, ask for a moderator in chat then please wait patiently for a reply, as sometimes we are busy or helping someone elsewhere.

PLEASE NOTE - We do ask that if you experience any difficulties with registration after the first attempt, or an issue with $upvote after you are registered, that you DO NOT type any commands into the registration channel or any other channel unless asked to do so by a moderator.

Too many requests will only put stress on our bot and clutter the channel with unneeded commands. If you have any issues, please talk to a moderator and WAIT PATIENTLY.

There will be a huge amount of people wanting to register, so it might take a while to get everyone properly registered. We will help everyone as quickly as we can, one at a time. If you do not have time to wait patiently, you will be asked to come back at another time.
