Probably a very good use for your pocket tokens. I am still waiting to see how the market develops....though, I guess 'wait and see' doesnt help develop the market does it?
As for a minnow support delegation...I would simply delegate to @minnowsupport I know that one is in constent need of more delegated SP as the number of MSP PALnet members grows.

Yes, that is right, we owners of Pocket Tokens need to get our tokens out on the market and develop new ways to use them so that the demand for them rises.
