A QUICK GUIDE TO EARN MORE SAFELY
When you enter into steemit it looks completely a new world, lot of things to understand, lots of things to clear.
there were few questions that gets on my mind when i found steemit. some of them are-
Is steemit legit?
i searched lots of videos on youtube about payout of steemit , and was extremely happy finding it legit.
what is that number at the side of my name?
well that is a reputation score of your account, you can term it as level of your account. higher the level(reputation score) higher are the benefits.
what is the steem power and steem dollar?
you maybe have noticed , sometimes one single upvotes gives a way more earning than the 10-20 combined upvotes. this is just because of the steem power of the account. more the steem power more the influence of anyone's vote will be.you can increase your steem power by either purchasing(to get a quick start) or by earning here on steemit & steem dollar is the reward that you can withdraw any time to BTC or in any other currency.
what is curation and author reward?
steemit not only gives reward to the author but also gives reward to the upvoters of the post. the reawrd you get by upvoting someones content is curation reward, so dont hesitate to give an upvote to anyone but keep that in mind you can upvote only for few( 10 to 12 )times a day. atleast do not hesitate to give an upvote to my this post :p .
DONT'S
DO NOT SPAM OR BULLY
spamming and bullying will give you nothing but only will give you trouble, so do not spam in any post or bully anyone.
SAY NO TO PLAGIARISM
there are many bots who consistently review your contents , and if they found similar content they will upvote or flagged your content.it may give a bad impact on your reputation score.
DO NOT SPREAD HATRED FROM YOUR POST
steemit is community for all, so always try to spread some love and happiness , only this way we can maintain the peace and make a healthy environment on steemit.
DO'S
POST QUALITY NOT QUANTITY
when people are new here they believe in quantity not in quality of the content. try to post some quality content if you want to have long term benefits.
MAKE FRIENDS, GET INVOLVED AND INCREASE FOLLOWER
*having a good follower is the most important thing on steemit get involved make some friends and improve your presence here. *
INCREASE YOUR STEEM POWER
increase your steem power either by buying or earning it on steemit. more your steem power more your impact on presence will be on steemit.
BE A GOOD CURATOR
steemit is not only about the getting upvotes but also about spreading some upvotes arround you.
