Making Steemit better a minnow at a time (XX) - Mentorship
I am aware that I have not written in this series for a long time and will continue the series today.
Today I will talk about mentorship. It's good for a freshman to find a mentor to help. I saw some experienced users like for example @pollux.one run such a mentor program. I think that's great and can only support it.
I was also helped a lot in the beginning and I also had my mentors here. It was not official, but always have received the best suggestions, advice and support. It was not asked for directly either, it just came that way and I'm grateful for that.
If you are new here you should follow a few accounts that are better positioned than you and that answer back. These are your mentors, just ask these people. Most of them will answer and these answers should be learned to grow. A mentor should not write your articles because that does not help anyone. You should learn for yourself and if you need help just ask.
Follow the people who are good. Simply learn from them and you will be much more advanced than the others. Avoid trending because this part of Steem is a lie. Trending should include a warning that is fictitious.
I will also help a few people that I will choose. Because I think it's very important to always give back where you got something.

Heute werde ich über Mentorschaft sprechen. Es ist gut für einen Neuling wenn er ein Mentor findet den ihm weiterhilft. Ich habe gesehen das einige erfahrene User wie zBsp. @pollux.one so ein Mentor Programm führen. Das finde ich Klasse und kann nur unterstützen.
Ich wurde am Anfang auch viel geholfen und ich hatte auch meine Mentoren hier. Es war nicht offizielles aber es kamen immer die besten Vorschläge und Ratschläge und auch die Unterstützung. Die wurde auch nicht verlangt es kam einfach so und dafür bin ich dankbar.
Wenn ihr neu hier seid solltet ein paar Konten folgen die besser aufgestellt sind als ihr und die auch zurück antworten. Diese sind eure Mentoren, fragt diese Leute einfach. Die meisten antworten und aus diesen Antworten sollt ihr lernen um zu wachsen. Ein Mentor sollte nicht eure Artikel schreiben, weil das bringt niemandem nichts. Ihr sollt selber lernen und wenn ihr Hilfe braucht einfach nachfragen.
Folgt die Leute die gut sind. Einfach von denen lernen und ihr werdet viel mehr weiter sein als die anderen. Vermeidet Trending weil dieses Teil von Steem eine Lüge ist. Trending sollte eine Warnung beinhalten das das ganze fiktiv ist.
Ich werde auch ein paar Leute helfen, die ich mir aussuchen werde. Weil ich finde es sehr wichtig immer zurück zu geben wo man etwas bekommen hat.
