Share Sales CLOSED: Account Update & Share Offer to Current Shareholders
Don't skip this post if you are a shareholder, important information included. First things first a share offering for current shareholders.
Shareholder Share Offering for @minnowbuilder
As this was planned to be a down week for MinnowBuilder share offerings and we are still debating what account to do next I thought it would be nice for current shareholders of all @minnowbuilder accounts to be able to add to their current holdings. If you own shares in any of the @minnowbuilder accounts you may purchase shares in @minnowbuilder until this post goes to payout.
Below in the update you will see the current share value is 1.127 and there are a bunch of pending earnings for this week which will push us over 1.13 before this offering ends. As such the offer price is 1.13 Steem per Share or 2.26 SP Delegation Per Share

How to purchase with Steem?
Send at least 1 Steem to @minnowbuilder with the memo "I understand and agree to the rules of the @minnowbuilder program and want to purchase XXX Shares"
How to Purchase with Delegation
Please send .001 steem with the following memo:
"I understand and agree to the rules of the @minnowbuilder program and want to purchase XXX Shares and have sent a delegation of XXX SP for the purchase"
Make sure to replace the XXX with the number of share you are purchasing and SP sent. Remember it's 1 Share per 2sp Delegated.
Important Note:
Shareholders are for all accounts, not just @minnowbuilder. If you already own in @minnowbuilder we can do as little as 1 share, but if you don't already own shares in @minnowbuilder but instead own in MB2 or MB3 then you can add as many shares as you want but no less then 2 shares. This minimum has to do with issues that we have had with steem-auto not voting some 1 share votes.
Account Update
14 Days ago we posted an account update, the intention was to post every week but other posts were needed and didn't want to abuse the upvotes many of you have set as an automatic thing. Trying to stay at 2 posts most weeks and 3 as a max.

The * on delegated Steem Power is a wash of a 50sp delegation from @tarazkp which was given so we can then delegate 50sp to @steem-ua. This has been a nice bonus for the account and helps us grow the account value.
In 2 weeks we have had an account growth of 1.7c per share. This growth seems small until you look at the percentage growth annualized. This is a growth rate of 44% annually. 44% return on your steem doesn't even count the votes you are getting. Plus the benefit we are able to give to the minnows is huge with growth like this. Our vote will continue to grow and we will be able to speed up the growth of redfish.
Past results don't always equate to future performance
Now part of our success has been thanks to upvotes from those who own shares in this account. Some people have also purchased SBI shares to boost the post earnings even further. All of this adds up, but without your support future growth can quickly come to a crawl if we are only earning from curation.
So keep up the great support and watch this account grow at an amazing pace returning solid upvotes to owners and our supported redfish alike.

Yes, but with a twist that 50% goes towards helping build redfish into minnows. I see you sent the steem already, but if you have any issues with the vote split please let me know. I will refund you.

Your shares are set up on the autovote. As we have been running extra VP on a daily basis everyone is getting more than their "fair share" in terms of the exact daily amount. If you notice the amount drop ever it will always be more then what your percentage should have been, but if some people start posting more often we will have to adjust all vote amounts.
Currently we are running at around 185% of what the vote should be, so if you should have had 10% it's going to be 18-19%. This offsets a lot of the people like myself who only post 1-2 times a week who own a lot of shares (I have 150 for example). My stake alone helps create a ton of value for everyone in the program as it gives a ton of extra votes for everyone to share in.

@dosdudes With the increased share value you need to send 3.25 steem more for the 25 shares. This is 1.13 (current Share price) x 25 (shares) - 25 (steem already sent). If you have any questions about this let me know.
The idea is that by keeping the share price based on the actual share value then all current shareholders don't loose any value when new shares are sold. This protects the vote value and share value for all who have been helping build the account with their upvotes.

You are all set up. All votes are running higher then they should be like the other MB you are in (185% of what the vote should have been currently). This can always be adjusted if we start to notice any VP issues. It's a nice little bonus for now.
