She is the best person I know on steemit.
She has no greed and her giving nature, I love it.
She is super awesome
God bless her!!

Stella is pretty amazing! Always something new up her sleeves. And a terrific advocate for the system!

She is indeed

Hello!!
Stella basically told me to go and check you out by tagging me on Twitter hehe
So here I am!
Hi! How you doing?
You read/sound like a great steemian!
No wonder people are throwing their money at you! 😉
Got my eye on you 🙏🏼

Oh goodness... I'm becoming twitter famous? LOL

I am doing terrific. So much interesting stuff going on, it's just crazy!

Took a look at your blog, I love OCD... well and all Curation efforts. Keep doing the good work of Steem!!!

I'll be keeping an eye on you too. I'm not sure if that is a promise or a threat. ;-)

hahahahaha

:)

That is awesome man, its crazy what happens to those who try. Stella is quite the upstanding steemian.

Yes she is! Thanks! Appreciate all the support I've been getting! it's pretty amazing!!

First of all, well done again for entering @stellabelle's mind and figuring out the Easter egg - what a sound investment of time that turned out to be!

This:

But what I cannot emphasize enough is to get out of your own blog! Go and engage with people on their posts!

It's so so important, and actually not just for minnows. I've had strong words with long termers recently who feel they have lost followers over the past year after 'killing it' a year last summer.

Well I ask, do you remember what you were doing to attract people to your posts in the beginning? You were out there engaging on other posts - something that long termers my think they are above after a year + on here.

It's even more true if you've cashed out, basically you are back at the beginning, and you need to rebuild your community - just like a minnow.

Good stuff!

Cheers!

It can be a tough balance, the more popular you get, the more followers you have, the more people you feel inclined to follow, the harder it is to get through your feed. And trying to engage in your own blog... suddenly you have no time for engagement on the level you used to accomplish.

But engaging is the most important part of the Steem experience. If you can't take the time to involve yourself in engaging, then you are just collecting from the people you convinced to auto vote you. Sooner or later that runs out.

Very true.

With 40 on auto already, my vote is spread thin leaving me enough for a bit of manual each day. As your account grows, I hope it'll be possible to lower the autos a bit more freeing up more wiggle room for new authors who need boosts, or other content that stands out.

They may come a point though....

I don't auto vote anyone. In fact, I left a group of people I really liked because the group rules insisted on auto-votes. I want to judge every post on it's own merits. Even my best Steem friends don't get an automatic vote. And some of their posts deserve a bigger vote than others.

I don't morally object to setting up autovotes. and until yesterday I was selling my vote on Minnowbooster (which I don't feel comfortable doing with Stella's SP without her ok) I just don't see autovotes for particular people as something I want to set up for myself. Especially when using Stella's SP. It may mean I make less in Curation awards, but it makes me feel better to do it all manually.

And some of their posts deserve a bigger vote than others.

For sure. I'll take my vote off and re-apply to suit if I spot something. @stellabelle uses another account with lesser SP, and I think that will be an option in future.

You may be surprised re: curation taking the manual route. Although, I think the key is less votes with larger percentages if you are seeking high curation/SP.

Each to their own though, that's the beauty of things here :)

Oh yeap, @stellabelle and @acidyo, both are working really hard, each in their very personal way to help people grow, be noticed, encouraging... Sometimes we just need a "good job" from.someone we trust and admire to keep fighting; but they go big!

I hope, if I ever get a good amount of SP, to be as cool as them :)

My friend, @mikepm74 Here is a well deserved up-vote for you! I never forget anyone who helps me become stronger and you fed me with 17 STEEM and the last time you fed me was 20 days ago. Your effort meets my strength and enables me to help you and your friends even more!

Yours, Spinny

I like very much when everyone who feeds me also reads my friend’s posts, so please visit @negativer and read what he has to say! Your name will also appear here. :-) Join my Discord server if you want to meet others: https://discord.gg/Mz2EZP3

Nicely written.

very informative...

Great post with lots of insight. I think I post good content. Check out my blog and my replies if you have a moment. Unfortunately for me I am quite Internet inept. I'm still struggling to learn Markdown style. I have no inkling of how to set up direct messaging to receive messages from bots or how to use a bot at all, let alone create a gif or post a flash movie or any of those things that twinkle enough to get noticed as the new posts race by. Not even sure where to learn how to do these things.

I know this sounds like just another whining post and I suppose if I keep plugging away, eventually I'll figure it all out. I'm sure the info is out there. Anyone who reads this and can point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
