Here in Hong Kong there are plenty of vendors selling them on the street. Prices may be inflated for the GTX series but definitely not the RX 450/460/470
If you are in a buying mode, then a flight here to Hong Kong or Shenzhen might be worth the ticket. Remember that there is No Sales or VAT tax here and prices are as is. Whats even better is the in Shenzhen there really isn't much bargaining in the electronics component market.
For example, the RX 470 is currently around $400 USD on Amazon or out of stock, while here in HK, its only $1850 HKD, or at $237 USD.
