setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
sgminer.exe -I 20 -g 4 -w 128 -k myriadcoin-groestl --no-submit-stale -o stratum+tcp://dgbg.suprnova.cc:7978 -u WORKER.x -p x
and for Nvidia cards and CCminer its :
ccminer.exe --algo=myr-gr -o stratum+tcp://dgbg.suprnova.cc:7978 -u WORKER.x -p x
Finally it worked, i don't know why suprnova is not showing the commands properly! thanks a lot and BTW can you believe that i can't find an RX 480 available here in Algeria?! :/
