The problem with that is such a business will want to reduce quality in order to make more profit while ignoring the customer’s preferences. When a customer notices he doesn’t have value for the money he is parting with, his preference will naturally reduce.
Mindset is a habit formed as a result of your experiences in life. Habits form an attitude and your attitude will influence your decisions in life. Your action is a factor of your attitude as well. Our mindset is a key to everything about us; it makes or mars us.
Mindset gives you goals while your attitude gives you the ability to achieve those set goals; formed by your mindset, as a result of your experiences. Any mindset you have sustained long enough becomes your attitude. If you sustain the wrong mindset long enough, then you will have a wrong attitude, and like I have been saying, this cuts across every aspect of our lives.
This is why I am encouraging everyone to have a growing mindset rather than a fixed one. This is why I would always advocate for a mind opened to new perspectives, so he or she can see things differently and have different options to make. A fixed mindset will definitely resist change. It takes a conscious effort to change a fixed perception.
As earlier mentioned, your mindset can change, since your mindset is a habit formed as a result of your experiences, or other people’s experiences which you have been exposed to and in order to change your mindset, you need to be open to new experiences; either you create one or you learn from other people’s experiences too. Reading helps a lot in doing this as well, because you are reading someone’s lifelong experience put into books and this opens our mind to other possibilities. Your mindset can change. Growing mindset is key to success and you can achieve a growing mindset by hard work, dedication, effort and persistence.

That's great view point on growing a business. ...a open mind would love to adapt as per the changing environment whereas a static become stagnant and resist changes which is going to hamper.
