Create your own style by making this mental map, as it will help you to be more successful in what you have planned.
2. meditation
meditation is very important at the time of being creative, because it will show us more clearly ideas of great importance for our common themes, if you are stressed @ you can not think well and you will not have incredible ideas, that is why it is more effective to take breaks and meditate so that our body releases stress and we are closer to our personal center.
