@myndnow I love your fun, playful, and effective vibe man! It was really easy to watch and I think you've brought up some great points here. I would fully agree that meditation is so helpful. I like to think of it like refreshing the cache, just like you would do so on your computer. That information gets built up, and sometimes you need to give your mind and spirit a chance to dump out the crap that is not useful, and then re-organize the stuff that is. I assume there's many analogies to this, but that's just one of them.

I've followed you and look forward to watching and reading your future posts. I'm also new here (officially started posting in December) and my channel is also focused on the mind and empowerment psychology. You might enjoy!
