You are so right whenever we expect something and it doesn't go the way we thought we are disappointed and it makes us unhappy full stop better to embrace every experience as it comes good or bad xxxx
And I feel every time you tune yourself up to this, life throws something back at you to test your levels, but again each day as it comes is the best philosophy of life :-) Love and Hugs 💗
