CARBS :- FRIEND OR ENEMY FOR YOU?
Hi guys , i am back with another post about health and even if i am not able to earn from steemit at all , i started feeling it like my duty to educate and aware you all about these things. So without wasting your precious time lets start it !
CARBS:- 'Carb' is short for carbohydrates and refers to sugars, starches and fibres found in fruits, grains, vegetables, syrups, junk foods, milk products and more, which break down inside the body to create glucose. Carbohydrate is one of the three macro-nutrients, protein and fat.
So the question is whether carbs are friend or enemy for you? You heard about that if you intake more water than required it can even make you ill. the carbs works the same way if you intake more than required a friend became your enemy.SO you need to be careful with them.
GLYCEMIC INDEX
For understanding the carbs better you need to be understand this term better, it is a scale number from 0 to 100 where 100 represents glucose. It basically scale how fast your body can absorb a carbohydrate , so the lower of GI of any food the higher is for your body to break it down and the higher the GI , the easier its for your body thats why glucose is at 100 its easiest to digest for your body.
So the sumup is LOW GI CARBS - GOOD & HIGH GI CARBS - BAD for you.
Simple / Bad Carbohydrates (HIGH GI)
White Rice
Maida (flour)
Potato
Complex / Good Carbohydrates(LOW GI)
Brown Rice
Whole Wheat
Sweet Potato
So, the good time to take high GI is after workout, so after a intense workout your body needs a insulin spike to improve protein absorption , the only time you get insulin spike when you consume high GI carbs and at any other time of the day the GI carbs are goonna make you a fat ass.
The logic is when you give you eat high GI carbs , the body does n`t understand what to do with all that energy , so your
body thinks may be i want this energy so lets store it for later as fat, thats how High GI food makes you fat!
So there are two quick fitness tips you need to keep in mind with regard to carbs:-
To build muscles from scratch you need both protein and carbs , you cant cut carbs completely from your diet if you want to build muscles but you have to draw a line in total quantity of carbs you consume , as too much always make you fat.
If your mail goal is fat loss avoid all form of high GI carbs especially sweet things , sugar and your only source of carb should be low GI carbohydrates and if you wanna take it even further dont take any carbs after sunset , if you do this your weight scale gonna low, i promise you.

What are you views on protien (Amway plant) , what changes can i see after it's consumption
well brother i never use Amway protein so i cant comment on that but if you want to take protein then muscleblaze products are very good and affordable but again the problem is genuine products in india as there is a lot of duplicates in the market so try to find someone known to buy all such products and after complete knowledge.
