পোল্ট্রি সেক্টর বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম সম্ভাবনাময় একটি সেক্টর। এ পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশে পোল্ট্রি ইন্ডাস্ট্রি যতটুকু ব্যপ্তি পেয়েছে তাতে হয়ত দেশের অামিষের চাহিদা পূরনে উল্লেখযোগ্য বলাযেতে পারে । তবে পর্যাপ্ত নয়।
অামি #থাইল্যান্ডে থাকাকালীন সময়ে লক্ষ্য করেছি, রেডিমেড ফুড প্রসেসিং এ তারা অনেক অাপডেট অার যার মধ্যে পোল্ট্রি প্রোসেসড ফুড সবচেয়ে বেশি।
অামাদের রয়েছে বিশাল জনশক্তি,যেটা অামাদের জন্য প্লাস পয়েন্ট। অার এই সুযোগটি নিচ্ছে বিদেশী কোম্পানি গুলো । স্বল্প পারিশ্রমিকে অামাদের দেশ থেকে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে কোটি কোটি টাকা।
এটি এমন একটি ইন্ডাস্ট্রি যার চাহিদা সমস্ত বিশ্ব জুড়ে।
তাই এই খাতে সুষ্ঠ বিনিয়োগের মাধ্যমে অামরা পেতে পারি একটি পুষ্টি সমৃদ্ধ জাতি, পাশাপাশি অায় করতে পারি একটি বড় অংকের বৈদেশিক রেমিটেন্স।
