GreenHashes: World's First Cryptocurrency backed by Carbon Credits & Mining Power

Hope you are doing good. Here I am writing this blog regarding world's first ever crypocurrency which is backed by Carbon Credits. Carbon credit is nothing but a permission given to the holder to emit the certain amount of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases. The concept of GreenHashes was derived to protect the earth and they are working on conservation of earth. GreenHashes is making use of Renewable energy, Negative Emissions & Reforestation to protect atmosphere from getting affected by dangerous gases emitted by power, cement, steel, textile, fertilizer and many other industries.

Goals of the project:

1. Reforestation - We all know we are surrounded by concrete environment rather than green trees and we will hardly see any tree in future which is very horrible to think. Reforestation is one of the major goals this project is having. They have a target of planting 10,000,000 trees. Trees will be planted in their own mining farms as well as such areas around the world which are not having fertile land e.g. boarders of deserts.
2. Mining of the cryptocurrency will be done by using mining farms which will run on 100% renewable energy.
3. Aiming to launch one more cryptocurrency named "Tulsi" which will motivate and work on Green Efforts. Testnet for "Tulsi" is planned in Sept 2018 and you will be able to mine Tulsi with your own mobile from January 2019.
4. Research and development in carbon dioxide absorption - Absorption of CO2 is not the only goal but they are converting CO2 into alternative fuels like Methanol or Ethanol.

There are multiple thinks which makes this project unique. They work in conservation of earth. Also founders and the team do not hold a single token like ICOs do. This will nullify the risk of dumping and pumping of coins by founders.

ICO for the project is already over and token is now tradeable on DEX exchange. Team has plans to list on other top exchanges in the upcoming quarters.
