Energy Flows where out Attention Goes

Wherever our energy is not tuned to, if we start putting our attention to that we do have a drain of energy. It can be anything. Anything good and anything not good, if our energy is not tuned to it and if we start doing that we will feel a drain out in the energy, but all energy drain are not bad or not good that we can classify into.
For e.g. if we are not into a regular habit of exercise and then we suddenly decide to start with it, in the beginning for the first few days, we will have some aches and pains and will feel tired after the exercise, but as body starts getting tuned to it, we see that it sets into the rhythm and now we do not feel drained out but rather we feel good after exercising. So it depends where we are channelizing our energy.

When we channelize our energy into something, we want that there is a good outcome of it and that it does not get used up in wrong manner. When we constantly focus on a certain thing, we build up on that and we create that energy around us and then accordingly our health, our thoughts, our emotions also function.

There are a few that one should avoid at all times and that is having conversations with people who drain you out. If I feel tired, exhausted, angry, irritated, off mood, sad or just weird talking to someone then it is a clear signal of my energy that this is not right for me and I need to avoid it completely. These are clearly energy vampires for me, and they can be anyone, even our own close family members.

These are the things that I advice to Avoid to keep your Energy in good shape:

  • Avoid all types of drama in life - Some people are expert in first provoking you and then when you react and show up your ugly side, they start playing the role of a victim. It is best in the first place to just cut off these type of people from life and if we cannot cut them off then just not encourage conversations with them. They may instigate you, but then if you remain calm and focus on your own energy they will lose their power.

  • Avoid arguments, fights, verbal abuse - They lead to nowhere. Just trying to prove the point does not make anyone right or wrong, it is just the ego at play. Do not fuel up the ego in such situations, because it is just not good for oneself. No one wins in this situation, ideally both the parties lose.

  • Avoid Judging and Gossiping - It is so easy to get into it, a gossip starts and then from one to another and on and on and it just goes on, all one does in gossip is talk about other people's weaknesses. We forget, we all have weaknesses, no one is perfect in life, so why judge someone else and gossip on them. Will it really change anything. Gossip is the most undesirable entertainment activity.

At all times we need to be mindful about how to strengthen our energy system and the auric field and not weaken it by getting into mindless conversations and mindless life.
