Perhaps the first 5 minutes are the best because they are the ones needed to make contact with the colors, the good air and the positive sensations that nature gives us. In fact it is not natural that in the cities there is so little green ... if I lived in the city I would miss the green, the rustle of the plants, the song of the birds and the contact with nature.
