Here is My MENE Pumpkin
I think that when creativity, talent and skill were being distributed, I was absent from the room.
But "I wish I was...", "If only I had..." are not part of my lingo.
When presented a challenge, I do not look at the negatives... I just do!
@goldmatters announced a Mene Pumpkin Carving Contest the other day. After being away for a while, I thought that this is an excellent opportunity and vehicle for me to get back to the swing of posting articles and engaging friends in the steemit community.Here it is @goldmatters!
I was working on this pumpkin until I started seeing pumpkins of the same design.
Not wanting for others to think that I copied their idea, I picked-up another pumpkin to work on.
But I thought... this was an original idea!
Then I was immediately humbled to realize once again that in this world, there are no original ideas. If one thought of it, surely- another one has also.
So I am sticking to this one... and besides, I can't think of any other design, LOL! And- what the heck! I just want to have fun!!!!

I’m working on three different projects right now. Working on a study/home office/library for a doctors home. I’m also building a bar, and I’m working on silver supplements treasure chest.
A treasure chest? WOW, seriously? Is it something that you have always done... do treasure chests? I love to someday see your work! I am using the Hope Chest from my Mom for my stack. I figure that I might as well put it to go use, LOL!
I made my first ever treasure chest around April of this year for @thedamus. It was a very painstaking event to make. But it came out sweet. I’ve done a bunch of trial stuff since then during down time. It’s a different version but will be equally nice. Here’s a pic of the one I sent @thedamus.
That chest took me a lot of hours to build.
OH, MY!!!! Bestie.... I want one!!! I am not in a hurry... I will wait... you can do it at your convenience!!! But I just have to have a treasure chest made by my bestie! But if you say no... I won't be offended. It will just make me cry.
