So we couldn't make it into town to share the new pics.

We thought today was a good day to go down our feed and vote the posts with less than a dollar on them.
Our vote power is down from all the new people on the list, but we wanted to take advantage of our delegation.
Well, turns out there weren't that many posts under one dollar.
So, distribution is occurring.
The curation algorithm strongly favors voting on posts with no payout rather than on posts with payout, especially those exceeding 0.04$.
Why 0.04$? Because even if your goal is to prevent a post from yielding no rewards at all by being rounded down to zero, how likely is a 50% decline within a week?
Downvotes spice it as usual, and considering them, even a 2$ payout does not guarantee rewards for the author.

You so right. I wish whales and the big fish would turn their view from post with already larger upvotes to smaller ones. It would sure help to grow the community. Someday Am hoping to start a project that would upvote newbies with quality post to encourage them to grow. The point is to not only help the rich richer but also to poor richer.
