Calendar of Steem Meetups & Events @ 7 February 2020
It is has been a while since I posted this Calendar of Steem Meetups.
I have been including some of these events in the Diary Dates section of the daily Steem News.
But there are a number of bigger events being planned so I thought this separate calendar will help give more visibility.
If you are in Germany, near Aachen, and you are quick you can still get to a meetup this evening. Otherwise there is another German meetup planned in Munich next week.
As well as other regular meetups in Australia, the Philippines and the UK, there are a number of big Steem events coming up this summer including DTube Forum, Canna Fest, The Block Party, and JAHM Fest.

Meetup.com can be a great tool for organising Steem meetups particularly for bringing in new people that are not already involved in Steem.
There are 17 Steem Meetup groups listed around the world... Austin, Belgrade, Berlin, Hamburg, Los Angeles, Louisville CO, Munich, Nairobi, New York, Nürnberg, Olympia WA, Philadelphia, Montreal Québec, San Bernardino CA, Seoul, Toronto, Zürich...
Unfortunately many of the meetup groups appear to be inactive now. If anyone lives in any of the inactive areas I would love to hear from you if you might be able to help reactivate the sleeping groups...

If the stars allign, we will be attending THE BLOCK PARTY in OLCOTT NY and basking in the magnificence that is @enginewitty!
What a great way to cement the community and have new folks get immediately and permanently hooked up with the leaders!
Always love meeting new people and getting up with old friends and fam, what being in the social sphere is all about!
That will be great if you can get to the BLOCK Party. I will look forward to hearing more.
I believe @bluefinstudios is planning a Steem Summit there. Maybe you could do a presentation on what you are doing with @town-crier.

Where roughly are you based? Would you be interested in helping organise a meetup if we can find a few others near you?
Depending on the time of year North Carolina or Illinois, but I might be in the west coast for part of this year. With how unpredictable things are for me, I don’t think I’ll be good at planning.
Hopefully some more meetups will pop up near you soon.
Block Party from @thealliance is in NY this year.
Bit more south East would be better for me. Might attend that depending on when it is.
