Meetup #15 - Sabahan Meetup at BHB Setapak 🍔

Dark cloud was forming while I'm driving over through some light traffic jam to Setapak during the evening to attend some meetup with Steemians that just flew in from Sabah prior to as they are opening up a booth at the upcoming Matta Fair this weekend.

Managed to arrive before the downpour hits the ground and I'm already seeing them arrived and taking pictures on the front of the shop, so who are these Steemians I'm talking about? They are non-other​ than @viverridae, @veenang and @gelfire from Sabah

It's nice to finally meet @veenang and @gelfire for the first time ​and of course, @viverridae again after the last meet up at BHB Subang SS15. Of course, other Steemians around also joined up the meetup which includes @orangila, @danielwong, @happycrazycon, @littledrummerboy, @littlenewthings, @karinzdailygrind, @bethrao and @zord189.

Dinner

@veenang was telling us that during the afternoon, @gelfire asked him whether should they withdraw money for tonight's dinner, but @veenang says we ain't need no money for dinner as we're paying in STEEM 😂. Finally, ​the moment that they have been waiting for arrived in a blink of an eye.

Starter with a bowl of Mushroom Soup

Most of the Steemians are ordering Burgers while today I'm ordering something different than usual as @howtostartablog once told me, I send too much burger photo for his dailyfoodphotography challenge last time 😂 and because of that I decided to order myself a pasta for once

Main Course, Cheese 🧀 Baked Pasta! Yummy 🤤

BHB is not just good at their Burgers but their pasta as well, the Cheese 🧀 Baked Pasta is damn​ nice 👍🏻 which you should probably try it on your next visit, highly​ recommended!

Chit Chat & Photo Session

After having our dinner while having small talks as most Steemians are busy munching those juicy burgers of theirs, big talks started to come run up as soon as those stomachs are fully filled with foods and of course, talking selfie, wefie, group photos is like a norm within Team Malaysia community.

We're having fun taking super random kind of photos and playing with the super Big Bear beside the soft drink dispenser machine and of course, the last is always a group photo which everyone wants it and put their handphone on the table allowing some of @danielwong's staff to help us take the group photo which in the end, we don't know which camera to look at 😅.

After the session, chit-chat​ continue and many customers​ started to come​ in and we need to continue our session upstairs as to not crowd​ the space downstairs. Before we went up, I saw @littledrummerboy was wondering around and just to try out if he wants to go up together with me, I simply just lifted my hand open offering to lift him up which to my surprise as well, he accepted​ my lift.

And you should definitely​ look at @happycrazycon and @joannewong surprised​ facial expression, as @happycrazycon would never believe​ his son let other people carry him due to he's a bit shy all the time 😂 and @joannewong never see me carry kids, other than cats and dog 🙈.

Continue chit chat upstairs

We all continue our session at upstairs until @danielwong and @happycrazycon needs to make a move as @littledrummerboy is tired of all the funs and meeting up, while @veenang, @gelfire and @viverridae need​ to make a move as well because of the ​open booth at Matta Fair.

After Meetup Yumcha

@veenang, @gelfire and @viverridae had gone back to their hotel by Uber, while the rest of us went to Tealive to hang out and continue our chit-chat​ discussion about Team Malaysia community from how it all started with few people and developed until today with almost reaching 1000 until late night.
