I need to get myself meditating... I have in the past when my oldest was at school but since the wee one came along I haven't made the time! I'm sure I'll get back to it when he's a little older :)

Thank you @amymya for your wishes!.. you're not alone in the challenges kids bring along, i've heard this from a lotta mamas... hoping you get some meditating in too if the moment is right :)
