Hello good people... Saffron may be one of the expensive herb in the world. It is traditionally used as calmative, anti-deppressant and
anti -inflammatory.

Saffron helps in our respiration and acts as decongestant and expectorant. It also aids in digestion by relaxing the muscles of the digestive tract, to reduce spasms. Therefore helps digest food. It is also believe that saffron enhance food appetite.

Just warm the milk in add a very little pinch or a 5-6 strands of saffron in the milk.
