A dish that looks absolutely healthy and delicious, but just as satisfying is your gentle encouragement to connect with our own bodies. It is so true that a calm mind really is so key to wellness. In this day and age it has become even more important because we spend so much time outside of our own bodies in the hustle and bustle of daily life, or are completely distracted by technology. Thank you for the reminder of just how important it is to take that time out for self care!!
