Yikes! That looks scary. Do you think it was a brown recluse? We have those in Arkansas and they eat away at the skin like that. I was going to get a special spider bite kit that contains black charcoal to draw out poison along with something else. Good to have on hand before you even get to the hospital to slow the progress. Glad she's getting better.
