"Cultural Schizophrenia": US Media No Longer Reports Facts, But Appeals To Emotions
The mainstream media moved away from presenting facts. It now specializes in emotional manipulation.
This is part of the business model. There was a time when classified ads made up 40% of the revenues. This is out now with the advent of the Internet.
Most people are not aware they are being manipulated by their emotions. The media found it extremely profitable to pull people this way.
When emotions are presented as facts, it allows people to hate each other by looking at the other side as less than human.
In the past, this happened in Yugoslavia. The path is being laid in the United States where both sides are headed for violent uprising.
