これは、本当に裁判官は頭がおかしいと思いますしチキンナゲットの焼きたては熱くて当たり前ですし冷ましてから食えばよかったのに、それをしないでやけどしたからマクドナルドに損害賠償を請求して80万ドルも手に入れるなんて詐欺ですか？と思いますし何か裏で裁判官と手を組んでいそうな感じがします。これは、米フロリダ州の最近のニュースなのですがアメリカは裁判大国だからこういった不公平な裁判が多いと思います。カナダでもたしかレッドブルーのCMに、対して飲んでも翼が生えなかったとしょうもないことで訴えた事例がありましたね。どこの国かは忘れましたが、濡れた猫を電子レンジに入れて乾かそうとした人が猫を殺してしまいそして電子レンジを製造しているメーカーに訴えた馬鹿もいましたね。

I think so, and it seems like something is going on behind the scenes with the judge. This is a recent news from Florida, but I think there are many unfair trials like this in the U.S. because the U.S. is a courtroom powerhouse. I think there was a case in Canada, too, where a person sued Red Blue for a trivial reason, saying that Red Blue did not grow wings even though he drank the product. I don't remember which country, but there was also a case where a person tried to dry a wet cat in a microwave oven, killed the cat, and then sued the manufacturer of the microwave oven.

私もそう感じます。マクドナルド・コーヒー事件もそうですが、アメリカ人のほとんどがマクドナルドを訴えれば大金が一瞬で稼げると思っていそうですね。マクドナルドコーヒー事件は、ちなみにドライブスルーをしていた男性が停車して自分でコーヒーをこぼして膝がやけどしたと言ってマクドナルドを提訴して3億円も儲けたらしいです。
