GUIDE - How to Update MN Desire 12.2.2 on VPS - FOR UBUNTU 16 AND 14

------- GUIDE FOR UBUNTU 16 (5min) -----

First of all, connect to your vps on root folder, then navigate to Desire/src folder:
cd Desire/src

Stop the daemon:
./desire-cli stop

Download the new wallet version:
wget https://github.com/lazyboozer/Desire/releases/download/Desire-v.0.12.2.2/desire-0.12.2.2-linux64.tar.gz

Extract it replacing the old one:
tar xzvf desire-0.12.2.2-linux64.tar.gz

Start daemon again:
./desired -daemon

Check the new version, it should show "version": 120202 - And you can also check the blocks.
./desire-cli getinfo

------- GUIDE FOR UBUNTU 14 (1 hour) -----

Connect to your vps on root folder, then navigate to Desire/src folder:
cd Desire/src

Stop the daemon:
./desire-cli stop

Go back to root folder:
cd ~

Rename old folder and Download new wallet with git clone:
mv Desire Desire-old
git clone https://github.com/lazyboozer/Desire.git

Update your system:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade

Then navigate to the fresh Desire folder and execute the compile process again, line by line, this can take around 30-50min:
cd Desire
chmod 755 autogen.sh
./autogen.sh
./configure
chmod 755 share/genbuild.sh
make

Go to folder /src and Start daemon again:
cd src
./desired -daemon

Check the new version, it should show "version": 120202 - And you can also check the blocks.
./desire-cli getinfo

------- DONE------

Note: It will not restart your MN time, as long as daemon go back to run in less than 1 hour, so you do NOT need to start/restart alias, and sentinel will not stop so you dont need to run it again.
