  • Warm up jump rope
  • technik as day 3 + mixing both sides
  • pads repeat the technik with power and speed
  • brake one leg squad each leg 10 reps
  • 3 rounds of heavy squads 12 to 8 reps
  • 3 rounds of stand up sit ups 15 reps
