On Marriage
People tend to be more real when there is no pressure.
Is better to be real from the beginning, let the person you are dating know whom you really are...
No faking it, if you can't cope just let them off in peace.
There is no management when it comes to who you spend the rest of your life with.
Don't even think of marrying or agreeing to marry someone out of pity. You might end up regretting it at last.

Remember, you don't choose your parents. You don't choose your siblings. The only thing God gave you the chance to choose is who you marry.
Who you marry will affect the rest of your life.
There are only three things that can change your life.
The first is when you meet Jesus Christ. Another is when you discover your purpose in life and finally who you marry.

My wife and I have been married for 48 years, but ours has always been a divided house and as such we have not been as successful as couples who shoulder the load of life together. The world can be a cruel place, but worse when the internal conflicts in your relationship sap the strength you need to overcome obstacles.
I'm so sorry about your experience. It's not too late to enjoy peace in your home. Please as a man, try to avoid arguments with your wife. You will be more happy.
