TESTING THE BID MARKET... (things are about to get really interesting)
I've been testing out bid market stuff last two days. I have about 30-40 bids active right now.
MY FIRST TAKE... THIS WILL CHANGE THINGS
I'll say this the more i play with things... I think bid market will change more than you expect. Let's just say that.
Now when I value a card I'm thinking about things very differently. And when I'm selling a card i'm thinking differently as well.
You can see i was pretty active today. All those really good purchases and let's be honest I spent very very little time. So this is saving me time and money.

You'll see in not long... we have to add some nice UI to these new functions.
What do we have to create?
- We want users to see the bids ... or at least the highest current bid to start.
- We are testing purchasing cards for bids 1 at a time... next up fulfilling much larger bids.
- We're letting people bid by rarity and not just by card.
- We have seen that number of bids can get a bit unwieldy... so we need some sorting, filtering and overall organization of your bids.
- We need to add in the ability to see your bid for a card while in the market and not just in your profile section.
- We want to make it easier bids (removing is pretty easy as is)
- Perhaps a new view focused on heavy market users. which can compliment the grid view and the detailed view

MARKET BE READY
I think people should be ready... i think the bid market will actually change prices a lot. I don't have a crystal ball but i think we're about to see things change and yes i mean pricing. I'm not saying up or down. Well actually i'm saying UP and DOWN... i think this will facilitate some card prices to go down as sellers chase buyers and some prices will go up as buyers chase sellers.
Just over an hour ago I added a couple people to help test and get it ready for everyone else
Wow, I'm very excited to see the bid market in action. I think that this feature will help a lot for price discovery of the different cards.
And buying cards just by rarity is a great feature as well...this sound to me almost I like its own Asset class e.g. Alpha legendary index lol!!!

Yeah i'll for sure have a bid in for each edition rarity and I'm guessing that may end up being somewhat competitive. I'm excited to see the action over there.
Also i think it will provide some stability in the market having that base... but we shall see. It's only as strong as the weakest card in that rarity right?

I may be using it a bit much. But that's perhaps because I'm the only one competing for stuff right now so I have the highest bid on everything so far. haha
Is the regular market going away compeltely or this is just an addition? Do you think this will make prices go up or down in general?
