My first try to promote STEEMIT through augmented reality

This is a soft-fork and an update to Hard Fork 12 to address oversized blocks and transactions.

All witnesses should update as soon as possible.

I just love STEEMIT and I really like to be part of the community, it's such a great place to meet cool new people:)
