Joints like this are also one of the most abundant meat vending joints at night.
You are sure to get your chicken, gizzard, sausage, guinea fowl, and some other meats depending on the community in which you find yourself.

Over here we call these kinds of meat served on sticks chichinga or khebab, and the vendor, no matter which community it is, is always called Abotsi

Normally if there is a khebab joint outside a club like this, you would pass by to see people all over the meat, pushing to purchase some possibly shred them into pieces, sprinkle very hot powdered pepper over them, and then feast on them, alongside their alcohol.

There was a provision store right opposite Abotsi, and definitely by the close of the day, the owner would also have made his/her share of the market.

I understand every venture has its risky element always lurking somewhere,
but if I would come to stake my lottery, I may have had my conviction and
of course my boldness from home before setting out.
