MarketFriday with @dswigle>>>food
#MarketFriday has always been one of the best challenges here on steemit I simply cant forfeit..It is the initiative of @dswigle(Denise).
We share with the world the market you visit each and every friday..It is beautiful always as you get the experience of other markets around the world.
I am sharing a very small market l find myself today here in Kumasi. It is called moro market.
This is where yam and tubers of all kinds are sold in bulk. But l spotted something different am sharing. We call it (Kotodwe) thats the kneel of a cow..Carefully dried cut for consumption.
It is usually expensive too cos it is presumed to be so bulky when cooked,in that it can serve a whole family for many weeks. But it requires much time on fire and has to be well cooked too. Many people here claim it is even fought for at the market.lol
Looking so attractive right...Thats just about it for today..Lets meet next weekend on this same challenge but till then, dont forget to share a market you find yourself.
Happy weekend.
